I’ve owned this blender for 2 months now and it works quite well. I make lots of smoothies with it. I use frozen fruit and ice and it crushes it quite well. The pitcher part is plastic and it comes with a pour spout and plug.

Halesworth’s Smooth-ie Transition to Pedal-power : The Center for Sustainable Practice in the Arts

from Ian Garrett| August 10, 2010 | Print | Email

On Saturday 10th July, passers-by in the Thoroughfare were offered a free Smoothie in the blazing heat. the only snag was that they had to pedal for it!  but they soon saw how little energy it takes to pedal yourself a smoothie, and keep fit at the same time.

Meanwhile the Bike Aid scheme (formerly Cycle Aid) received contributions to its emergency repair kits: puncture kits, tyre levers, spoons, spanners, inner tubes all to be placed in pubs, shops and other public places in and around the town.

Each Bike Aid location will have a window-sticker to advertise the kit.  If you'd like to know more, go towww.surveymonkey.com/s/P6GDKQJ At the same time, you can look up the route of the Halesworth Wheel, a 20 mile circular route on quiet roads around the town.

The Wheel and the Bike Aid scheme will be launched by a family fun ride on Sunday 5th September organised by Sustrans. Find out more on the website and look out for posters around the town.

Event organisers Halesworth in Transition (HinT) are part of a widespread and growing grassroots movement of people who are taking a positive attitude to preparing for the impacts of climate change and peak oil ("peak oil" is when cheap and easy-to-get oil runs out).  Cycling is a practical, cheap, healthy and non-polluting alternative to generating power by using oil. the smoothie-maker is just one way of having fun while getting fit, saving money, and protecting the environment.

Many towns are already part of the international Transition movement. Locally, this includes Bungay, Beccles, Framlingham, Woodbridge, Norwich, and Ipswich. HinT is not affiliated to any political party and is a non-profit-making organisation run entirely by volunteers.

Simply Sequoia: Smoothie Queens

When I drove Cherry to Green County so she could work at the beach, the two of us stayed with our good friend Nora Charles. I had been great friends with Nora before I moved to Indianapolis. Nora has the ability to make anyone laugh regardless of the situation. She is literally the funniest girl I have ever met. She is one of the easiest people to talk to as well. No matter how long it is until the next time I see her, I’m always immediately at ease and never worried if things will be awkward. most of the havoc my friends and I wreaked upon Green County started at her house. She lived way out in the boondocks roughly ten minutes from town. I once got lost in the mint fields surrounding her house (It was dark, and it’s a lot easier to do than you would think especially when ditches are involved.).

Cherry was exhausted from work that Saturday, so while she retired to the living room couches to sleep, Nora and I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning catching up on each others lives and reminiscing about the old days and the crazy stunts we pulled while our posse concocted conniving, stupid, yet hilarious and fun plans.

“So, I went to the store the other day,” started Nora, “and all when I got home I realized that the only thing I had bought was fruit! I love fruit, but I just didn’t realize that that’s all I bought! I just got a new smoothie maker, but I’ve never made a smoothie before.”

“Well your shopping spree was perfect then! Let’s make some now!”

Nora immediately fetched her brand spanking new smoothie maker while I dragged all the different fruits and yogurt from the fridge. After slight deliberation, we settled on making raspberry strawberry smoothies. I had already begun washing and cutting strawberries when a distressed Nora exclaimed, “Sequoia! You have got to be freaking kidding me! We don’t have any ice.”

“Are you serious?! Dang, that sucks.”

“I know…all we have are these frozen bottles of water.”

(Don’t try this part of the recipe at home…it would not be a wise decision…)

It only took one look exchange between the two of us before we realized what needed to happen. The water bottles would have to be destroyed. Nora placed the two frozen Ice Mountain water bottles in the microwave for thirty seconds. This way, the ice would melt away from the plastic, giving us room to hack at the bottle. I simply continued cutting the tops off the bundle of strawberries. Nora took a large chefs knife and wacked the top of the bottle off. She continued to pry the end of the knife between the ice and the plastic in an effort to peel the plastic away from the ice. if Nora hadn’t been so skilled with a knife and done this similar task before, I’m not sure it would have been accomplished. After a good laugh from both of us, Nora plopped the water bottle shaped ice chunk directly into the smoothie maker. Strawberry yogurt, strawberries, and raspberries soon followed. “There is no way this is going to blend,” I stated with absolutely no confidence in the smoothie makers ability to do it’s job. Turns out, I was right.

What were a pair of very thirsty girls to do in this situation? well the answer was simple. We had to chop the block of ice. Once again, Nora fetched the chef’s knife except this time, I took the lead. I began stabbing the side of the ice cube in hopes some would chunk off making the smoothies job easier. our ultimate goal was to completely remove the obnoxiously large chunk of ice, but the bottom was caught in the blade. Nora and I continually laughed at the spectacle while wondering out loud how in the world Cherry hadn’t stormed in yelling at us to be quiet. Eventually we were able to wiggle the ice chunk out of the blade, but not without covering our hands in half blended smoothie. From here, the ice chunk was placed in a a large yellow plastic bowl (upon retrospect, plastic was probably not the wisest of decisions) where I continued to stab the ice chunk into smaller ice shards. It sounds a lot easier than it actually was; the ice chunk kept slipping and sliding along the bottom of the bowl, and though I haven’t double checked with Nora, I’m fairly certain I stabbed a hole in that yellow plastic bowl. oh well I suppose; every battle has it’s causalities, and the yellow plastic bowl was a small price to pay for the greatly anticipated deliciousness which we were about to experience.

Once adding the ice shards, Nora successfully blended the smoothies. a baby bit of raw sugar crystals were blended into the smoothies before their completions. I am not ashamed one bit to say that those smoothies Nora and I created made my top two list of greatest smoothies I have ever tasted. The flavors of the strawberries and raspberries really complemented the texture of the crushed ice and raspberry seeds. It was simply delicious.

Nora and Sequoia’s Ridiculous Smoothie Recipe

1 frozen bottle of water (The plastic must be peeled and the ice must be crushed before
immediate usage– feel free to substitute with actual ice cubes.)
3-5 large glops of strawberry yogurt (use the brand of your choice = ) )
wash all fruit before using it!
subtract five raspberries from the carton and add the rest to the smoothie
8 or so strawberries with their green tops cut off
1 small spoonful of sugar (to help the medicine go down…haha lame joke, I know.)
Blend in a smoothie maker until it is of your desired drinking texture. It’s simple and simply delicious = )

After Nora and I made our delicious smoothies, we continued chatting and yelling ridiculous phrases in an effort to wake Cherry from her slumber in case she would want to sample our delicious blend. “Cherry,” Nora would begin in one of her little voices that she does, “Cherry there is a fire! Wake up Wake up!” another common exclamation went something like this, “Cherry, we made smoothies, and you don’t even get a taste even if you want one! Wake up Cherry!” Basically the two of us were the equivalent to annoying five-year-olds; we were both just in one of those hyper moods.

Later the next day, I discovered Cherry hadn’t heard a word of our racket from the night before. She had slept soundly through the whole ordeal. “You know Sequoia, before I went to bed last night I was soooooo hungry!” divulged Cherry. Slightly confused by my response of laughter after that statement, she continued to ask why it was so funny that she was hungry before bed.

“Why didn’t you come in the kitchen and drink any of the smoothie we made?”

“What?”

“Are you serious right now? There is no freaking way you didn’t hear us. Nora and I were so obnoxiously loud and annoying. Nora even started yelling ridiculous things to you in that one voice she does. You have got to be kidding. There is absolutely no way you didn’t hear us.”

“Smoothies?! Dang it! I seriously didn’t hear a thing. I slept right through all of that; I was so incredibly tired Sequoi (No, I didn’t forget the ‘a’ on my name. She calls me that sometimes.) you have no idea.”

“Haha I still can’t believe it, but that makes me feel way less badly about making all of that noise.”

With that, I was able to look back on the Green County weekend trip very satisfied. There is no better way to reconnect with an old friend then by chatting over an icy smoothie — especially if it was a little bit of an adventure to create your drink.

All my love,
Koya = )

What is a Smoothie?

‘Smoothie’ is a relatively new term for a blended, chilled drink made from a combination of ingredients, including fresh fruit, ice, milk and yogurt. they usually have a milkshake-like consistency. Crushing and mixing the ingredients by hand can be extremely difficult, so the solution is to buy a smoothie maker.

What is a Smoothie Maker

A smoothie maker is very similar to a blender. it is an upright electrical device which is usually made from glass, plastic and/or stainless steel. The top part of a smoothie maker is a detachable jug which contains a blade. The ingredients are put in to this jug and the blade is turned on – most smoothie makers offer a selection of blending speeds. in a matter of seconds the ingredients and blended and liquefies together to form a juice. Most smoothie makers also have a tap for dispensing the beverage when it is made.

How to make a great Smoothie in your Smoothie Maker

Firstly put in your fruit. The fruit is a key ingredient, and the fresher that your fruit is, the better your smoothie will taste. a wide variety of fruits can be used in a smoothie, with popular choices being bananas, mangoes, strawberries, oranges and blueberries. Frozen fruit can also be used, but try to avoid tinned fruit – as this often comes in lots of unhealthy sugar or syrup. next, add milk. Skimmed milk and soy milk are the healthiest choices. Try to avoid full cream milk as it contains quite a lot of fat. If you are lactose intolerant, or simply fancy a more tangy flavour, you can use fruit juice instead. If you are using the smoothie as a meal replacement, consider adding protein powder. this will help fill you up, and will thicken the consistency of your smoothie. Add any other ingredients of your liking to the smoothie maker. Popular choices are ice cream, yogurt and honey. For a healthier choice use the low fat versions of these products. When all of the ingredients are in the smoothie maker, put the lid on and turn on the blender. If the mixture starts to become too thick and stodgy add ice cubes, one by one, until the mixture is at a better level of liquidity. When the mixture has finished blending, remove the lid from the smoothie maker and pour your drink in to a tall glass, and enjoy your smoothie!

Use Your Smoothie Maker, Smoothies Are An Easy Way To Get Children To Eat More Fruit

It seems like every day that there is some new article in a magazine or item on the TV news, reminding us we should be eating more vegetables and fruit in our diets. it is quite difficult to make the change to a diet containing more fruits and vegetables – even when we, as adults, understand the necessity of doing so. Just imagine how much harder it is for children to make the right choices, their fast-food preferences and pressure from their school friends makes it even more difficult for them to make the right dietary choices. A home smoothie maker is an easy way to make delicious and nutritious smoothies that your children will love.

If your children are like mine, they come in at the end of their school day as if they are starving! all they want is a snack to fill them up again before they set off to go to after school clubs or to play with their friends. given a choice, fruit is not the first thing on their list, they would rather have some biscuits or cake. Choosing a healthy option is not the first thing on their minds at all but by making a smoothie in a smoothie maker gives them so many excellent nutrients in one glass!

All children enjoy a glass of fruit juice. if you have a juicer at home, you will know that you are giving them a drink packed full of vitamins from freshly squeezed fruit. however, even though juice is great and much, much better than a fizzy drink, juice does not have the goodness of the whole fruit because all the pulp containing fibre, antioxidants and other nutrients remains in the juicer.

Smoothies sold ready-made are very popular, but they are quite expensive. if you make them at home in a smoothie maker, you will save a lot of money – if you do not have a smoothie maker, you will recoup the initial purchase cost of the machine many times over. You will be able to give your children a drink full of minerals, vitamins and the essential antioxidants our bodies need. The fruit pulp also provides the essential fibre our digestion needs.

Insoluble fibre is vital and consuming insufficient in our daily diets could have serious effects on our health. Initially this may only be the problem of constipation and perhaps the discomfort of developing piles (haemorrhoids). in the long term, we may be storing up much more serious problems for ourselves by becoming more prone to very serious diseases such as cancer of the colon or bowel.

If you find that you suffer from that ‘slump’ of energy in the middle of the afternoon when all you really want is something sweet as a ‘pick me up’, then the soluble fibre in a smoothie will really help. it has a regulating effect on blood sugar levels and also has a lowering effect on cholesterol levels.

So in summing up, if we make it easy for our children, and ourselves, to make the right healthy choices about our diets – and where our children are concerned, get them doing this from an early age, we will be well on the way to preventing many of the serious health problems that beset so many people in later life. it might not sound like it, but a smoothie maker can be a really valuable asset in making the healthy choice, the delicious choice and therefore the acceptable choice.

UK: Serious Food Company acquires smoothie maker: Beverage news & analysis

The serious Food Company has completed its purchase of Holland-based fresh juice and smoothie manufacturer Hoogesteger Fresh Specialist.

The deal, for an undisclosed amount, follows the appointment of new chief executive Paul Bates at the beginning of July, the company announced today (23 July).

The company has also announced the proposed sale of its premium desserts business, serious Desserts, which accounts for less than 5% of the group’s GBP80m (US$159.6m) turnover to Noble Foods.

“The acquisition of Hoogesteger further underlines the strategy of the serious Food Company of seeking profitable growth in the category of premium juice and smoothies,” said CEO Paul Bates. “Diversification into new product categories has meant that our juice division, the largest part of our business, has not enjoyed the necessary level of focus or investment over recent years.

“In line with group strategy, the move enables The serious Food Company to focus on growing its premium fruit juice and smoothie business across Europe.”

Hoogesteger will continue to operate as a stand alone business unit, while the serious Food Group will change its name to reflect its fruit juice and smoothie business over the next twelve months.

Best Smoothie Makers Back To Basics Smoothie Maker Review

Enjoying a smoothie in your home doesn't have to be impossible.  After all, why can't you receive the same health benefits from drinks that you get at the gym, while you are sitting in the comfort of your own home?  There are quite a few different smoothie makers on the market to help you achieve at-home nutrition, but they're not all created equal.  back To Basics has been producing smoothie makers for a very long time, and it's easy to tell with their Signature series.  These smoothie machines are built with at-home users in mind.

The back To Basics Signature series smoothie makers include a high powered 700 watt motor, which is guaranteed to crush ice.  you don't have to worry about large ice chunks making their way into your drinks, because the incredibly powerful motor makes light work of even the hardest cubes.  The extra sharp blades help cut through large chunks of fruit, as well, helping to completely blend your ingredients and ice for the perfect smoothie drink.

One downfall to the high powered motor is the noise created.  some customers have stated that the motor is loud enough to cause their pets and children to flee the area.  others have said that you may need ear plugs while operating the unit.  when you compare the noise to other makers though, you can easily see how powerful the Signature series is.  Even though it may be louder, it doesn't make a lot of noise without doing its job, and doing it well.

The Signature series also includes a dishwasher-safe 48 ounce pouring pitcher.  This means that you are able to produce a large amount of drinks before you have to refill the ingredients.  you could serve an estimated 6-8 people with 1 pitcher, as opposed to the smaller units that require you to refill them often.  Once you're done serving, you can simply place the glass pitcher into the dishwasher without having to worry about it getting damaged.

In terms of serving the drinks themselves, most smoothie makers will require you to lift the pitcher from its base, and then begin to pour.  This can cause a huge mess, and is the sole reason the Signature series smoothie makers include a dispensing valve and stirring stick.  The dispensing valve is perfect for allowing your guests to serve themselves, while the stirring stick helps to move your drink to the dispenser, should you get near the end.

COOL for kids!

0 Comments | Daily Mirror, The; London (UK), Aug 5, 2010 | by Judy Yorke

with five kids, Nicola Heaps, 34, a care home worker from Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, finds herself endlessly running to the ice- cream van and back. she put the make-your-own gadgets to the test – with a little help from her children Alice, 15, Mollie, 12, Harvey, seven, Matilda, four and Kittie, nine months.

Kenwood IM200 Ice Cream Maker, pounds 24.99, http://www.amazon.co.uk

NICOLA MADE: Raspberry ice-cream “You have to put the base in the freezer for about 12 hours so you do need to plan in advance. once it’s ready, you pour all the ingredients in and switch it on. It came with a recipe book too.

We made raspberry icecream with fruit, sugar, cream and milk.

The machine churns the mixture to theconsistency you want – it took about 30 minutes, getting slower as the mixture thickened. We put it in the freezer for about half an hour to firm it up even more, though you don’t have to.

It was great fun and the ice-cream was delicious. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy and the base is very heavy. The machine itself looked a bit cheap.”

Gino D’Acampo Ice Cream Maker, pounds 29.99, Robert Dyas

NICOLA MADE: Lemon ice-cream “This was great, although the power lead is in the back of the lid so I felt I had to watch it in case it tipped over rather than leaving it to its own devices.

You have to freeze the icecream bowl overnight, but making the ice-cream was simple – pour the ingredients in and switch it on. It took 15-30 minutes.

The ice-cream was delicious and a perfect consistency. The machine is attractive and stylish, too.”

Zoku Quick Pop Maker, pounds 39.99, Lakeland

NICOLA MADE: Fresh orange juice lollies with banana pieces

“This was fabulous, the kids adored it. It makes three lollies in about seven minutes and you can use it three times before it has to be frozen again. You put the base in the freezer overnight, then put the lolly sticks in the top, pour the ingredients in and watch it freeze, which the kids thought was fantastic.

We made fruit juice lollies with pieces of fruit and stripy ones where we’d put a little juice in, watch it freeze, then add a different one.

It was really easy and great fun – and a great way of getting fruit into the kids! We made so many we had to put some in the freezer.”

Tovolo Set of Three Rocket Ice Lolly Moulds, pounds 9.50, http://www.salamandercookshop.com

NICOLA MADE: Orange and blackcurrant lollies “these are three rocket-shaped ice lolly moulds. Like all the others, the sticks are part of the handle so you don’t need to buy sticks.

“There’s a hole in the middle of the mould which you fill with a different flavour. these were taller than all the others and wouldn’t stand up in the freezer so I had to tilt them, which meant they dripped a bit.

“We froze the lollies overnight and when we took them out of the moulds they were a really brilliant rocket shape which the kids loved.

“They were a little bit fiddly, though the kids were able to make them on their own.”

Wilko Four Compartment Lolly Maker, 97p, Wilkinsons

NICOLA MADE: Apple juice lollies “This was very simple – a plastic mould with four holes in. You pour the juice in, put the lids on and freeze it. Easy, straightforward and basic!

They did drip, but you can’t really complain at this price and the lollies were nice. It’s a good budget option but not as interesting as some of the others.”

Let’s Cook Fruit Factory, pounds 20, http://www.woolworths.co.uk

NICOLA MADE: Strawberry smoothies “This was a bit different – the machine was a bit more like a smoothie maker. You put the fruit in, whizz it up in a jug and then pour it into the lolly moulds and freeze.

It was tricky to pour the smoothie juice into the moulds and the jug was difficult to clean. It suggests you use a baby brush but I didn’t have one.

The kids couldn’t always be bothered to wait for them to freeze so they drank some of it just as smoothies – they were nice and healthy though.

The moulds were just a plain shape but the results were very tasty.”

Twist up Lolly Makers, pounds 5.50, Great little Trading Company

NICOLA MADE: Orange juice lollies “This was fab! The four lolly moulds came in really bright colours which the children loved.

You have a piece of plastic which you pour juice into. then you put on the lids and freeze the lollies. when you eat them, you take the lid off and put it at the bottom to catch the drips, so it all goes back into the mouldice cream machine

How To Create A Frozen Fruit Smoothie For Your Family This Summer Eat Your Beets

At my house, we just love frozen fruit smoothies. They are quick and easy to make and quite healthy too. you can make these healthy drinks that will cool you down with all sorts of fruit and you can also mix different fruit. This is how to make the perfect frozen fruit smoothie. you won’t believe how simple this is.

What you Will Need:

We will start with the appliance. you are going to need a blender. no need to buy a special smoothie maker. any all-purpose blender will work. I enjoy making each family member their favorite smoothie with my magic bullet, a small blender that blends them one smoothie at a time. a regular-sized blender is perfect for making big batches of smoothies.

Next you will need some frozen fruit. you can make frozen smoothies with just about any type of fruit and of course also combinations of fruit. Some simple ones to start with are strawberries, bananas and peaches.

Consider adding some low-fat yogurt to your smoothies. I like the tart flavor and it creates a nice smooth texture. low or non-fat yogurts are the most figure-friendly, but you can use any type of yogurt as well as any flavor. Greek yogurt is a nice option because it is higher in protein than regular yogurt.

Last but not least we will need some sort of liquid to help get the smoothie to a consistency that will work in the blender. Options are water, milk or various fruit juices. Add just enough liquid to get the smoothie to the consistency you like. I like to start with 2 parts frozen fruit, 1 part yogurt and 1 part liquid. a good example would be 2 cups frozen strawberries blended with 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt and 1 cup skim milk.

Add more or less liquid until your smoothie gets the consistency you like best. you can also throw in a few ice cubes and blend them into your smoothie

Time to Blend:

Let’s talk about blending. Toss your fruit and yogurt in the blender and give it a few whirls, then add the liquid. Pulsing seems to work best since it gives the larger fruit chunks a chance to sink back down in between blends. Doing this will make sure the fruit gets incorporated well and the end result is a smooth and delicious smoothie.

Be careful not to burn out your blender by making your smoothie too thick. If it sounds like it’s working too hard trying to mix everything, add a splash of water or the liquid you are using in the smoothie.

For smoothie recipes that call for ice in it, start with the ice and chop it up in your blender before you add the remaining ingredients. it will help mix the other ingredients together.

I like to add frozen banana slices to most of my smoothies. Whenever you find yourself with a banana that’s getting a little too ripe, peel it, and then slice it. the banana slices go into a freezer bag and are popped into the freezer until I am ready to use them in a smoothie. Adding them gives your smoothie a nice creamy texture and adds some sweetness as well.

Create a delicious smoothie with this strawberry smoothie recipe. it is fun and easy and you can find more smoothie recipes at http://healthy.hillbillyhousewife.com/category/recipes/smoothies

Smoothie Recipes - Am I eating a bad vegan diet? ?

I became a vegan about 6 months ago. At first I felt great but now I think I’ve become anemic. I feel extremely exhausted all the time, my immune system seems to be shot and my hairs become really brittle and thin and started falling out in handfuls a few months ago. the only thing I can come up with is that I’m not eating right so I thought I’d ask fellow vegans to see how my diet compares and get pointers on where I can improve. My child can’t have wheat which makes getting the right amount of nutrition even harder for me. Most mornings I made a fruit smoothie with wheat-grass and flax-seed for breakfast. for lunch I usually have a salad with beans and veggies and a vinaigrette dressing. for dinner I’ll either make some tofu, tempeh, beans, or veggie soup. I usually make rice or quinoa with them and some veggies.. usually broccoli, kale, or carrots. for snacks I’ll have some silk yogurt, wheat-free pretzels, or dried cranberries. does this sound like a bad diet? if anyone has lost hair because of a nutritional problem how long till it stopped falling out and started growing back ?I mainly drink juice and rice milk.I’ve gained weight as well. a few months ago I started jogging every morning (2-4 miles) but haven’t been able to even lose a pound.

Eureka, I Have Found It! + Goals for the Week of8/9/10—8/15/10.

I survived my first month of Insanity! Drinks for everybody!

Tomorrow I begin my recovery week, and after that I’ll begin THE REAL STUFF. I previewed the workouts I’ll be doing in Month Two, and they make Month one look like a cake glazing contest.

Or something.

I pushed harder than ever on last night’s Plyometric Cardio Circuit, and, needless to say, I was dead by the end. but it was fun.

Before Insanity, a completed Day one of Week 4 of my running program. run three minutes. Walk two minutes. Repeat eight times. With every run I get a little stronger, and a little faster, and I think more and more that someday, running a marathon is what I want to do.

I’ve been collecting more and more books about running, and now I have a tiny army of information about my new passion.

Books make me happy.

I’m currently laughing my way through “The Non-Runner’s Marathon Guide for Women: Get Off Your Butt and on With Your Training” by Dawn Dais. I really empathize with Dais, a woman with little to no running experience, who decided to run a marathon and now shares her peaks and valleys with the runner who’s not really a runner–but wants to be. I love that she decided to honor her deceased grandfather through her running, as I also got off my butt a year ago after my grandmother died of cardiac arrest. my grandmother was a woman who did things, and I loved that about her.

I run in memory of her.

On an unrelated note, did I mention that I am now the proud owner of a well-fitting, bounce minimizing, size 38DD sports bra?

I feel so much lighter now, and I believe that the sports bra is what has aided in my endurance the past two days. I can now run faster, jump higher, swim the Rio Grande, climb Mount Everest, everything!

Okay, maybe not the last two, but if you’re a woman who wants to slap every man who drools over your breasts while your under wire makes your ribcage break open, you understand my happiness. Eureka, I have found it!

*runs down the street in sports bra*

I feel much more comfortable now. In 2010 B.B. (Before Bra), I was forced to work out in my lacy bras, which, while mildly attractive, did nothing for safety or stability, and I was one bounce away from having my “girls” drag the floor.

That’s enough delirious joy for one day. on to this week’s goals:

Have a great week!
