Let’s make two of my favourite melon based juices. Refreshing, invigorating and packed with vitamins.
Cantaloupe melon contains a mere 25 calories per ¼ melon. unlike other melon varieties, it's packed with beta-carotene and vitamin C, powerful antioxidants that can protect against heart disease and cancer.
4 – 5 ice cubes¼ cantaloupe melon120 ml (4 fl oz) orange juice1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
Place the ice cubes in a smoothie maker, blender or food processor and process until slushy. Add the melon, orange juice and lemon and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Melon and Mint Smoothie
This wonderfully refreshing drink is deceptively low in calories. It's also rich in potassium, which will help reduce any water retention.
