Smoothie Recipes - Im eating healthy FOOD, but?

I’m 140 lbs, 5′10, female. I have been doing weights 3x week, cardio 4x week for the last month and a half. I have not lost any weight. I got my body fat measured 3 weeks ago and it was 27%. it was down to 25% last week, yet still, no weight lost. I eat all health food, here’s what I ate today:BananaCliff BarFruit SmoothieApplePlumalmonds, dried cranberries, cashews (small portion)Crackers (wayyy more than I should of eaten ;(prunesCereal

I drink a lot of water also. Sometimes during the weekends I eat a lot and drink beer or whatever, but is that stopping me from losing weight? I just want to lose like 5 pounds or at least tone up. also, I quit smoking cigarettes 3 days ago so will that affect this?thanks sorry for the book.last weekend I had a total of 5 light beers from friday to sunday. and food I have meals on the weekends instead of just grazing all day. (sushi, grilled chicken sandwich, etc)
